Autograf’s Refund/Return Policy

Autograf products come with a money back guarantee!

To begin the processes please contact us by e-mail or phone. We will issue a return authorization and give you return instructions.

Funds will be returned upon receipt of the returned product. Returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number in order to qualify for the refund.

Please include the invoice or a copy of the invoice and an explanation of why the product is being returned in the return package. Your credit will be processed within 2 weeks.

You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of shipping your package back to us. In many cases you will receive a refund sooner, but we estimate four weeks because of the time required for return shipping (up to 14 days), product inspection at our returns facility (up to 5 business days), and processing from your bank or credit card company (up to 5 business days). We will notify you via email with the details of your refund.
